After missing her baby girl for one month while she was at her dad's Samantha threw Avery a big welcome home party on the 4th. Everyone hung out and swam in Ave's new pool!

Claire's 1st Birthday July 4, 2009

This year we had a pool party for Miss Baylee. It was opening weekend at the pool and the water was quite frigid!!! They pushed through though and it was a success!

Mother's Day 2009

The Friday before Mother's Day my friend, Samie and I went to FW. Our favorite food is Krispy Kreme donuts
as you can see we were very happy when we found some. Then Sat. night she took me to Pete's Dueling Piano Bar which was a BLAST!! If you've never been I highly suggest it! They play song request all night and duke it out on Slam Grand Pianos. They also have drums and and electric fiddle which was awesome when it came time for "The Devil Went Down to Georgia"!!!

Matt's 28th Birthday Party

For Matt's 28th birthday we did a big cookout at the house. Like rednecks do they all hung out around their trucks for a while before mingling into the rest of the party.

I was so excited that Ashlie and Miss Claire were able to make it. Can't wait for this little girls 1st birthday bash.....July 4th!!! How cool is that.

The Gifts

Here she is enjoying her new squeaky shoes from Auntie SanDee and David and the kids. She loves them! She thinks it's so fun to walk about making them go squeak squeak.

This was the hit of the day! These are some little butterflies that go in the tub and she has been using them as teethers since she opened em up.

This is the little prayer pal bunny that Baylee got for her so she got to give it to her. How sweet.

This was a really cute card with a mirror in it which is why she's actually paying it any attention.

It's My Party......I'll Cry if I Want To

Well she tried to share with Daddy and he wasn't having any of it! Look at that face...lol. And then Nonni came over to get a lick of it. Then when it came time to wash off she was TICKED off! She hates that. Ah the price you pay for having your cake and eating it too...haha.

Everybody was lovin' their cake!!! Especially Baylee and Syd! Look at my child just shoving it all in....she' cracks me up. And here is a good one of SanDee with all of the kiddos even little Miss Claire...she's such a cutie pie.

Well, little Jaycee Barnes celebrated her 1st birthday with family on Sat. March 28th.

We had much fun watching this little one enjoy her special day.

She wasn't quite sure about the cake but eventually figured it out.
